Our story
About Hrit
“A good conversation, at the right moment, can change how the rest of your day feels.”
Friends and family care, but they are not always free when you need them, and reaching a professional can feel slow or out of reach. Hrit is what fits in between: a trained Saarthi, a private call, when you need it.
How Saarthis work
Every Saarthi is reviewed before they take their first call, and trained around one idea: their job is to make you feel heard, not to fix you, give advice you did not ask for, or judge what you are going through. They reflect what you are saying back to you and ask questions that keep you talking, not questions that steer the conversation somewhere else.
Your privacy
You are known to your Saarthi by an alias, never by your real name, email or phone number. Calls are recorded and chats are stored so we can review what happened if something goes wrong, but nobody looks unless a session is flagged or reported. See our privacy page for the details.
What this is not
Hrit is a space to talk, not a medical service. If you are dealing with something that needs a doctor, a qualified professional or urgent help, please reach out to them directly.
