What a call costs
Calls are paid for with credits. One credit is worth one rupee, so the number of credits a call costs is the same as its price in rupees. No subscriptions, no hidden fees.

Your first 10 minute call is ₹149 when you sign up, as a welcome offer. It can be used once per account.

Message your Saarthi before the call
Once your Saarthi accepts your booking, a chat opens 10 minutes before the call (5 minutes for a 10 minute call) and stays open for the same time afterwards. It does not cost credits. Use it to say hello or tell them what is on your mind.
Free intro chat
Before you book, you can say hello in a short free chat with a Saarthi who is online. Each free chat lasts up to 10 minutes, with a Saarthi you have not talked to before. It does not cost credits and is meant as a short introduction, not a full conversation. Free chats are limited each day.
If a call runs over or drops
If a call runs past its booked time, extra time is billed at the same rate and you will be asked to add credits to continue. If a call drops, you are refunded credits in proportion to the time you missed. See our refunds and cancellation page for cancellation fees.
